Director of Client Services
Summary of Position:

Amirah, Inc is a trauma-informed faith-driven nonprofit serving women who have experienced sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
The Director of Client Services provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and day-to-day management for programs serving women who have experienced sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally competent crisis intervention and long-term stabilization services. As a licensed clinician (LICSW), the Director provides reflective clinical supervision to program team members, handles complex crisis escalation in collaboration with community partners, and manages and participates in an on-call rotation to provide remote support to a subset of clients (Rapid Re-Housing participants) during nights and weekends. The Director of Client Services models Gospel-living and excellence in service provision from a trauma-informed faith lens. While Amirah operates as a Christian organization, it does not require a profession of faith or participation in any faith activities from any of its clients, volunteers, or interns and is respectful of all faith backgrounds.
